Our business area PERFORMANCE provides training and consulting for sales and service organizations. Since 2014 TERRA ASIA CONSULTING as been delivering training on behalf of AchieveGlobal, now part of the Miller Heiman Group. The curriculum includes selling skills, coaching for managers, negotiation and leadership skills among others.

We also engaged in multiple independent assignments helping companies in their strategy development, customer engagement and growth in Asia.

In 2015 TERRA ASIA CONSULTING became an authorized Sales Consultant of the Miller Heiman Group covering their entire portfolio, including such areas as strategic selling and account management skills. This collaboration extends also to consulting in numerous training methodologies as well as support in organizational execution and implementation of best practices.
